1. What is ultrasound: There are three types of waves: infrasound, sonic, and ultrasonic. The frequency of infrasound waves is below 20Hz; the frequency of acoustic waves is 20Hz ~ 20kHz; the frequency of ultrasonic waves is above 20kHz. The infrasound and ultrasonic waves are generally inaudible to the human ear. Because of its high frequency and short wavelength, ultrasonic waves have good directivity and strong penetrability, which is why ultrasonic cleaning machines are designed and manufactured.
2. The structure of the ultrasonic cleaning machine: The ultrasonic cleaning machine is mainly composed of an ultrasonic cleaning tank and an ultrasonic generator. The ultrasonic cleaning tank is made of high-quality stainless steel with strong elasticity and corrosion resistance. The ultrasonic transducer vibrator is installed at the bottom; the ultrasonic generator generates high-frequency and high-voltage and conducts to the transducer through the cable connection line. High-frequency resonance is generated, so that the solvent in the cleaning tank is subjected to ultrasonic waves to clean the dirt.
