Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine for Condenser
The water chiller is prone to scale formation in the condenser pipe after long-term use. If it is not treated in time, the scale will affect the heat exchange effect and cause the condensing temperature of the unit to increase, which in turn leads to a decrease in the cooling capacity and an increase in the power consumption of the unit. .
In general, the condenser of an industrial chiller should be cleaned frequently.
Chemical cleaning method:
Chemical cleaning mainly uses cleaning fluid for cleaning. Firstly, acid solution is used for cleaning, then alkaline solution is used for neutralization and cleaning, and finally clean water is used to rinse off acid and alkaline solutions.
1. A circulating pump and pipeline can be connected between the cleaning liquid storage tank and the condenser to form a closed loop, so that the cleaning liquid can be circulated continuously for 12-24 hours to dissolve and fall off the sediment.
2. The cleaning fluid can be added to the cooling water system in a certain proportion, and the cooling pump is turned on for 12-24 hours. The sediment layer is continuously dissolved and peeled off by the chemical action and scouring action of the cleaning fluid. However, this method requires a lot of cleaning potions, and the cost is high.
3. Mix the cleaning liquid in a certain proportion, add it to the condenser and let it stand for 5-10 hours to soften and dissolve the sediment, drain the cleaning liquid, and rinse with clean water.
The advantage of chemical cleaning is thorough descaling, reducing the workload of workers, but the disadvantage is that the cleaning liquid may cause corrosion to the condenser copper pipe, the waste liquid discharge problem after cleaning, and the price of the cleaning liquid is relatively expensive.
Physical cleaning method:
Physical cleaning mainly uses flexible shaft brush cleaning. The flexible shaft is driven by the motor of the washing machine to rotate. There is a nylon brush at the front of the flexible shaft. When in use, the flexible shaft and brush are extended into the copper tube of the condenser, and the brush is rotated at high speed to remove the inside of the copper tube. The dirt is finally rinsed with clean water. This kind of machine is called a gun machine.
The advantage of physical cleaning is that it saves the cost of chemical cleaning liquid, avoids the disposal of waste liquid after chemical cleaning, and is not easy to cause corrosion of the condenser copper pipe. The disadvantage is that the cleaning effect is not good for hard scale and corrosion products with strong adhesion. Good, and the cleaning operation is time-consuming and laborious.
